What Do Intensives Look Like?
Before the first day, each participant will have their own consultation and treatment planning time with a facilitator. Day One includes 3, 90-minute group sessions with breaks in between. Day Two includes a private 90-minute session for resolution and future planning.

What are the Benefits of EMDR Group Intensives?
The cost of the immersive experience is lower for a group dynamic. The format differs from a support group or other typical therapeutic group. Participants never share their trauma, but the feeling of community remains where you don’t feel alone in your struggles. The EMDR group format is scientifically-backed and gentle yet powerful.

Who Could Benefit?
Any adult who has been battling trauma or distressing situations could benefit from knocking out a chunk of pain and grief while strengthening healing. It is a great option for those who have a rigid work schedule or cannot attend traditional therapy. Those who are already in therapy could benefit from an immersive experience to go deeper, quicker under guidance of seasoned trauma therapists.

How Can I Reserve a Seat?
While you can RSVP without having to register or purchase tickets immediately, please note that an RSVP may not guarantee a spot in the EMDR Group Intensive as space is limited.
